Maylay is a mobile app for matching sports players for pickup games. This page documents every path by which a person gives us their mobile number and agrees to receive a text, for carrier and TCR review. Maylay sends one-time verification codes only.

Maylay has no web sign-up form. Both opt-in paths live inside the iOS and Android app, on screens any person reaches without an account or payment. The screenshot below shows the first of them.
Sign-up screen → “Phone or Email” field
A person creating an account types their own mobile number into the “Phone or Email” field and taps Sign Up. That tap is the request for a code.
Settings → Phone & Email
An existing account holder adds or changes a number, types it, and taps Send Code. Same disclosure, same single-code response.
This sentence sits directly beneath the phone number field, visible before the button is tapped — not in a linked document, and not after the fact.
ON-SCREEN, VERBATIM If you enter a phone number, we’ll text you a 6-digit code to confirm it’s your number. Message and data rates may apply.
